Without exercise, you may end up being obese and weak and you may also lack endurance and have an overall poor health that can lead to diseases. Simply walking at least 30 minutes a day is enough to keep your mind and body healthy.

Sleep

A lot of people neglect sleep and fail to understand that having enough sleep every night is essential in living a healthy lifestyle. Sleep is important to gain all the energy that you used up during the day. Having enough sleep will give you enough energy to make you last the whole day and it will also allow you to focus and concentrate on your tasks.
