Beat together all the ingredients in a bowl. Place the mixture in a buttered pie pan and top with cheese. Bake for 25-45 minutes until golden and the kitchen is filled with amazing smells!

Quesadilla Pizza

If you’re craving pizza, you can follow this quick recipe. You just need whole-grain or regular tortillas, bought pizza sauce, cheese and additional toppings as desired. All you need to do is place the tortilla on a baking sheet and spread pizza sauce evenly over the entire tortilla. Add the sauce, topping and cheese (in this order) and put in the oven in medium heat until the cheese is melted.

Overnight Oats

Breakfast recipes don’t need to be complicated. If you want to save time preparing a delicious morning meal, you can try this easy 5-ingredient overnight oats. Put 1/2 cup of milk + 3/4 tbsp Chia seeds + 1/2 cup of oats in a bowl or a mason jar with your preferred sweetener. Give the mixture a few stirs to make sure the oats have been fully immersed in the milk. Then, cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight to let the oats soften and flavors meld. In the morning you can add some fruit or nuts for extra flavor.

Fast and Easy Shakshuka

With this recipe, you can become a chef without too much effort at all. Enjoy having a tasty breakfast/dinner after 15 minutes. Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent. Add garlic, tomato sauce and spices, and cook for an additional minute. Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking. Garnish with chopped cilantro and parsley.

With these quick recipes, you don’t have to sacrifice a lot of your time. You can enjoy a different meal each time without spending all your time in the kitchen.
